We are scaling fast and need a compliance leader who understands the high standards required in high-ticket sales, marketing, and operations.
The Role
We’re seeking a Compliance Officer with experience in high-ticket sales environments to ensure Buildofarm’s sales, marketing, and operational processes are ethical, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices. You’ll partner with leadership across sales, marketing, coaching, and operations to design, monitor, and enforce compliance frameworks that safeguard our brand, protect students, and enable scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures for high-ticket sales and marketing practices.
Monitor daily sales and operational activities to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Partner with marketing and sales leadership to review promotional campaigns, funnels, and client communications for compliance.
Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans.
Provide ongoing training and guidance to sales, marketing, and operations teams to maintain compliance culture.
Collaborate with COO and leadership to improve operational workflows while minimizing compliance risk.
Stay current on industry regulations and trends related to sales, coaching, marketing, and business operations.
Key Qualifications
Some experience in high-ticket sales, coaching, or education businesses.
Understanding of FTC regulations, high-ticket sales practices, and consumer protection standards.
Background in sales, marketing compliance, or operational oversight.
Ability to design compliance frameworks for fast-scaling organizations.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coach and influence cross-functional teams.
Track record of balancing compliance enforcement with business growth objectives.
