The Role
We’re looking for a proactive HR Specialist / Talent Manager to oversee recruitment, talent management, and HR operations. This role is key in shaping our culture, attracting top talent, and ensuring that Buildofarm remains a high-performance environment. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, manage full-cycle recruiting, and implement HR best practices that support business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and manage talent pipelines to support company growth.
Act as the main point of contact for HR-related questions and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with best practices and compliance.
Support leadership with workforce planning and performance management.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Ensure smooth onboarding and training for new hires.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent management.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points If You
Have experience in financial services, trading, or fast-paced startup environments.
Are familiar with HR software, ATS platforms, and performance management tools.
Have coached or developed high-performing teams.
