The Role

We’re looking for a proactive HR Specialist / Talent Manager to oversee recruitment, talent management, and HR operations. This role is key in shaping our culture, attracting top talent, and ensuring that Buildofarm remains a high-performance environment. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, manage full-cycle recruiting, and implement HR best practices that support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Build and manage talent pipelines to support company growth.

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR-related questions and employee relations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with best practices and compliance.

  • Support leadership with workforce planning and performance management.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and training for new hires.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent management.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
