Job description

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time

Company: Buildofarm

Industry: Oil & Commodities | Education & Advisory

Who We Are

Buildofarm is not your average brokerage or training firm. We’re building the next generation of elite commodity brokers—closers capable of landing multimillion-dollar deals from anywhere in the world. But behind every new broker is an experienced dealmaker guiding them to success. That’s where you come in.

About the Role

  • We’re looking for a Senior Broker to serve as a Customer Success Coach. This role goes beyond coaching—it's about leading by example. You’ll guide students through high-stakes deals, navigate complex negotiations, and ensure they succeed with clarity, confidence, and compliance.

  • You’ll interact directly with CEOs, CFOs, procurement leads, and other top-level decision makers across the energy, commodities, and logistics sectors.

  • This is a fast-paced, high-performance role. You’ll need to think quickly, communicate effectively, and adapt under pressure while keeping students aligned and empowered throughout the deal cycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead live negotiations and help finalize high-value commodity deals

  • Coach junior brokers and students on paperwork, structure, and strategy

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with C-level executives and stakeholders

  • Coordinate between buyers, sellers, mandates, and intermediaries

  • Evaluate opportunities, contracts, and red flags with sound judgment

  • Review deal documents such as SPAs, IMFPA drafts, NCNDAs, and LOIs

  • Stay informed on trade dynamics, market shifts, and compliance standards

  • Ensure students feel supported and ready to close their first major deals

Job requirements

You Are

  • A skilled negotiator with a sharp eye for both contracts and people

  • Experienced in commodity trading, B2B sales, or high-value deal environments

  • A quick learner who thrives in unfamiliar or complex situations

  • An excellent communicator, written and verbal, in both structured and live scenarios

  • Calm and organized under pressure, managing multiple stakeholders and deals

  • Focused on results, while committed to helping others grow alongside you

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience in oil & gas, EN590, jet fuel, or energy-related brokering

  • Have worked on cross-border or emerging markets transactions

  • Are a former founder, consultant, or sales leader

  • Enjoy long-term relationship building as much as closing the deal

Why Join Us

  • Join a global, high-performance team in the commodity space

  • Play a key role in developing the next generation of closers

  • Remote-first culture with flexible work arrangements

  • Rapid-growth environment with uncapped earning potential

  • Clear path to Director or VP-level roles
