Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, highly organized, and skilled at identifying high-potential candidates who align with our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts

  • Stay up to date with hiring trends and best practices

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes

  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for a variety of departments and positions.

  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies

  • Experience with data-driven hiring metrics and reporting
